These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the baji id platform and the user. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

baji id is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming options for users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are asked not to use the platform.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be truthful and your own. If an account is opened with false information to gain benefits, baji id reserves the right to close that account immediately and reject the deposited funds.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your username and password strictly confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji id may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This verification process is carried out to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud.

The minimum age to use all baji id services is 21. No person under the age of 21 may open an account, deposit funds, or take part in any betting activity on this platform.

Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory, and baji id may request proof of age at any time. Opening an account in the name of a minor or placing bets on their behalf is strictly prohibited and constitutes a legal violation.

4.1 Deposit Rules

baji id offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and that ৳2,000 bonus must be wagered 20 times, meaning a total wagering of ৳40,000 must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

baji id periodically offers weekly deposit rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket special offers, and other promotional deals. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Artificial betting, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus offers will be treated as bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be voided.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly before wagering requirements are met.
• baji id reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the offer's validity period expires.

6.1 Acceptance and Rejection of Bets

baji id reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. baji id reserves the right to void any bet where the offered odds deviated significantly from the correct odds due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or unintentional human error.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

In cricket betting — particularly for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team matches — if an innings or match is abandoned, bets will be settled according to the rules of that event. If a live bet is not accepted, it will be automatically cancelled and the funds returned.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slots are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical issue during a game leaves the result incomplete, the bet for that round will be cancelled and the funds returned.

6.4 Result Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding a bet result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours via live chat or email. The decision of baji id will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji id platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using coordinated or artificial betting methods to gain bonus advantages.
• Hacking, using bots, or running automated scripts on the platform's software.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for terrorist financing or money laundering.
• Placing bets on behalf of or through minors.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be confiscated. Relevant legal authorities will be informed if necessary.

8.1 Account Suspension

baji id may temporarily suspend an account in cases of suspicious activity, incomplete verification information, or a possible breach of these Terms. While suspended, deposits, betting, and withdrawals will be unavailable.

8.2 Permanent Account Closure

In cases of serious breaches of the Terms, fraud, or repeated rule violations, baji id reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed.

baji id provides access to the platform but does not guarantee gaming outcomes. Betting and gambling inherently carry financial risk, and each user uses the platform with full awareness of their own decisions and risks.

baji id is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or force majeure. However, reasonable steps will be taken to minimise user losses in such situations.

baji id will provide the best possible support in cases of third-party game software errors or third-party service disruptions, but does not bear direct financial liability in such cases.

All financial transactions are conducted through SSL encrypted connections. User passwords are stored in hashed form — no staff member or administrator can view them directly. If a security breach is suspected, baji id will notify the relevant user immediately.
